Hey there Heather-
I just found your blog and loved reading it. How you doing on the no shopping for clothes or shoes resolution? When we moved to NZ our fnancial status seriously changed and the materialistic part of me was forced to downsize. The shift was very uncomfortable at first but now I rarely think about it.
I am grateful for the time I use doing other things instead of shopping- and shopping is a vicious cycle. When you are in a store your eye is caught by about 3 other items you want and will come back for later. It is relief not being a part of that chain anymore.
